Lexi Savitch-Witt Grew up in the new construction world as her family built up businesses in Seattle, Portland and Tri-Cities which marketed residential housing developments and then turned into a full-blown production builder in South Eastern Washington. Her love of new construction inspired this website with its main goal to share the residential new construction world with readers. Wouldn’t it be cool to read about a new development in an interview with a family that is already living there? Wouldn’t it be great to see an interview with a construction manager to find out what goes into building a home? What about the land planning that is happening for our future cities? This site is all about sharing thoughtful information about the industry in the Tri-Cities Washington.
